Troubleshooting: I didn't receive my Supervision invite email

Where is my "Supervision" Invite?

If you haven't seen your invitation in your inbox, it is likely being held up by a local filter or corporate firewall. Follow these steps to find it.


1. Search your Inbox

Search for the following sender and subject line to see if it was misfiled:

  • From: no-reply@superhumanprospecting.com
  • Subject: You've been invited to Supervision!

2. Check Spam & Junk Folders

Because the invite is an HTML email containing a link, some providers (especially Gmail and Outlook) may flag it. Please check your Promotions, Social, or Junk folders.

3. Request IT Whitelisting

If you are on a corporate network and the email is nowhere to be found, your firewall may be blocking it at the server level. Please ask your IT team to whitelist the following domain: superhumanprospecting.com


Note: The Link Expires in 5 Days
For security reasons, the activation link in the email will expire 5 days after it is sent. If you find the email but the link is no longer active, please contact us and we will resend a fresh invite immediately.

Still no luck? Reply to your support ticket or contact your account manager, and we will double-check your email spelling and trigger a resend.
